We are at this time in history in what I have observed and referred to as an all time low in the understanding and/or acquiring of skills in many areas of life. As we have become more highly technical with the development of personal computers and other equipment that definitely benefit us in a lot of ways we have drifted away from the personal development of the individual skills that got us to this magnificent state in the first place. We were once responsible for using our hands more than we do today, we once upon a time shaped and created things in a careful, artful way that allowed us to more closely observe our own movements as we worked through the crafting of items and products we and others used in daily lives. Now, we hardly know what abilities we could have at our command, and the majority of our species is unaware of how magnificent we once were. We are the human race. We are the result of our creativity and inspiration realized through the use of our hands to make the world we live in. Look around and see all that we have been and can still become... if we wake upin time and try.
